By accessing or using PainMine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PainMine is a web-based tool that fetches public YouTube comments and uses AI to categorize and analyze them into structured business insights including pain points, feature requests, questions, and leads.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the full Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive 5 free credits upon signup.
  • Each analysis costs 1 credit.
  • Credits can be purchased in packs and never expire.
  • All payments are processed securely by Paddle.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to analyze private or restricted content

6. Intellectual Property

The PainMine platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PainMine. The analysis reports generated are for your personal or business use. YouTube comments remain the property of their respective authors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is " without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated analysis. Results should be used as a starting point for research, not as definitive conclusions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PainMine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@painmine.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
